来店２回目です。１年半くらい前に１回目の来店をした時は、少ししょっぱめの(甘み控えめの)味付けに感じましたが、この間いった時は ちょうど良く感じました。
ランチ時は奥様方(と、年配夫婦)が多いようでした。

This is the second visit to the store. When I visited the shop for the first time about a year and a half ago, I felt it was a little bit salty (with a modest sweetness), but when I went there, I felt just right.
At lunch time, there seemed to be many wives (and elderly couples).

The eel was gas-grilled instead of charcoal-grilled. Eel is limited to charcoal grill. Eel without charcoal flavor is not enough.

I used it again on my birthday. Although it is small, there is a parking lot where you can eat delicious eel at a reasonable price. it's the best.

を頂きました。素材がいいのはもちろんのこと、火加減が絶妙なのかふっくらやわらかに仕上がっており、口の中で幸せが広がっていきます。タレの香りも最高です。
