受付の態度が怖い、下から睨み付けるように決まり文句を一方的に喋る。まるで犯罪者を見るような目、ビックリした。自由化に伴い他を探します。電話で料金引き落としの案内をされた方は優しかったので全員ではないと思うけど、二回行って二回、態度が怖かったです。二回とも違う方でしたが。

とにかく顧客サービスが最悪なてきとーな会社です、毎月請求日が違い検針日から2週間以上経っても納付通知書を送ってこない。催促してようやく送ってくる。一向に改善の様子は無く連絡してもオペレーターは空返事を繰り返すだけ、民間企業とは言え公共的サービスなのできちんと対応してほしいが、この会社にそれを望むのは無理と思う。 ガス会社を変えたいが賃貸なので個人の自由にならないが、個人で選べる方は別の会社に変えたほうが良いと思います。 他の方のコメントにあるように、これだけ顧客サービスが酷い会社もめずらしい。

I want to change the gas company, but since it is a rent, it is not free for individuals, but I think that it is better to change to another company if you can choose individually. As others have commented, it's rare for a company to have such poor customer service.

とちぎ580ひ8493 ウインカーも出さず急な割り込み、その後急ブレーキからのマック。看板つけてこの運転はないなぁと思いました。星一もつけたくないです。会社自体は使ったことないから知らないけどこんな人使ってる位だから想像できますね。

オーナーの都合で解約になったが、預けた保証金は一度も滞納してないにも関わらず全額返って来ない。そのことを契約時に説明もしない。振込手数料は顧客負担との理由だが、1万円の振り込みで550円も手数料を取る銀行など日本中どこを探しても存在しない。詐欺だと思う。
The contract was canceled due to the owner's convenience, but the deposit was not returned in full even though it had never been delinquent. I don't explain that at the time of contract. The reason is that the transfer fee is paid by the customer, but there is no such thing as a bank that charges 550 yen for a transfer of 10,000 yen anywhere in Japan. I think it's a scam.
