★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低の会社です。この会社の仲介で瑕疵物件を掴まされました。売主が新築から20数年間隣地で管理していた建物につき、①建物の柱が腐って崩落寸前、②設置されている洗面台、トイレ等が使えない（水道管が通っていない）というあり得ない瑕疵で、告知は一切ありませんでした。ここの社長は売主の肩を持ち「売主に責任はない」などと主張しており、現在、係争中です。
