★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大門浜松町、大門なのか浜松町なのかいつもわからなくなる。そんな東京砂漠の入り口、日曜日は人も少なく、蕎麦をつまみながら一杯飲みたいと彷徨い見つけたオアシス。
冬至も近いのに未だ明るい時間から飲める幸せ。冬らしく、ホットなオシャレドリンク、蕎麦焼酎の蕎麦湯割りを。せいろをつまみながらやりたいところだけど独りではないので、湯葉サラダやカモロース、白子ポン酢に白子天ぷらと季節を感じる品々を注文。リーズナブルな値段の割にボリュームがあり美味しい。鰤の梅しそ巻き天ぷらは絶品でした。
蕎麦焼酎をチビチビ楽しみながらつまんでると、あっという間にお腹いっぱいに。当初の目的、蕎麦がまだ食べられてない。まだ余裕あるうちに注文せねば。
十割蕎麦ととろろ蕎麦を注文。夏なら盛りの十割蕎麦大盛りにするとこですが、冬らしく暖かい蕎麦を。香り高い蕎麦を食べ、蕎麦焼酎を啜る醍醐味。日曜日の夕方にふさわしいお楽しみでした。

お通しはしじみの土瓶蒸し。
生ゆば刺しは、綺麗で大きな生ゆば刺し。めんつゆとわさびで頂きます。とろっとまろやかな食感。
いぶりがっことクリームチーズ。いぶりがっこも大きくて歯ごたえバッチリ。クリームチーズと合わせてお酒が進みます。
鴨たたき。厚切りの鴨がとても柔らかで鴨の甘味があふれます。
鴨煮込み豆腐。鴨の旨味が溢れる出汁が染みたやさしい豆腐が良いです。
鮮魚五点盛り。シマアジ、カンパチ、天然真鯛、真イカ、ホタテの5点でした。厚みがあるお刺身で食べごたえがあります。
まぐろのチキン南蛮。シーチキン南蛮ですね。やわらかでタルタルソースとも良く合います。
シメは国産石臼挽き十割蕎麦で。そばの風味が良いですね。
日本酒色々用意されていて迷いましたが、醸し人九平次純米大吟醸山田錦、水芭蕉純米大吟醸翠など頂きました。

場所は浜松町駅と大門駅どちらからもアクセス至便な位置。
お店は鮮魚個室居酒屋竹蔵浜松町本店
クーポンが多数あるので、HPは参照していかれることオススメ。
飲食ビルの4階にお店はあります。
コロナ禍、入り口でアルコール消毒と検温のチェックは定番に
なりました。
個室居酒屋、区切られた空間でゆったりと、気兼ねなく飲食できます。
乾杯は生ビールで。
お通しが海鮮。
鯛、鰤、イカの和え物。突き出しで海鮮を出すとは、
お店のやる気を感じます。
ビールにはこれ。
アンチョビポテト。
フライドポテトは他塩ケチャップ、ハバネロ、バター醤油と種類豊富。
塩気と、旨味あふれるアンチョビポテト最高です。
お次は海鮮。鮮魚5点盛り。
真鯛、カンパチ、金目鯛、縞鯵、ミル貝の豊富な組み合わせ。
愛知県産のミル貝は噛み締める度に広がる甘さが素晴らしく。
貝は鮮度が大事なので、なかなか居酒屋で出てくることは少ないと思います。
そして勝浦産の金目鯛。
脂の旨味と甘味にあふれる高級魚。これも居酒屋ではなかなか
お目にかかれない。
これが1980円ってことなので、まずは頼みたい一皿です。
充実度から海鮮が非常に得意なお店なんだなと実感。
韓国のヤンニョムチキンも。
サクッと揚がってボリューム感たっぷり。辛さはそこまでないので
辛いの苦手な人も大丈夫。
そして出汁巻き卵穴子乗せ。
ふわふわの出汁巻きに穴子が1尾どーんと。
柔らか穴子と玉子焼の相性は言わずもがな。
終盤は日本酒で。

米の旨さを残しながらスッキリ辛口。食中酒に最適です。

石臼引き十割蕎麦 ざるでいただきます。
十割ですがボソボソした感じは全くなく、つるっと喉越し美味です。

15時からオープンしている貴重な居酒屋さん。
職場の方との忘年会で利用しました。
お店自体は若干の古さ?を感じます。
これぞ居酒屋!という風情。
ただお料理は居酒屋さんといいうより和のお食事屋さんというラインナップで素晴らしかったです。
湯葉を使ったお料理も多く、女性客が多かったのも納得です。
お通しは「しじみの土瓶蒸し」。
飲み会のスタートには嬉しいお通しでした。
注文したお料理はどれもおいしくて…
オススメが決めきれない…。
湯葉料理では
「生ゆば刺し」「湯葉豆腐の揚げ出し」
どちらもとてもおいしかった。
こんなにたくさん湯葉を食べる機会もそうそうないので貴重です。
「刺身5点盛り合わせ」
鮮魚もオススメということでオーダーしました。
大ぶりのお刺身がどーんと5点。
もう冬なので鰤もアブラがたっぷりです。
そして「タマクエ」。
初めていただきましたが、白身魚のさっぱり感も感じられると同時に適度なアブラ分も感じられ、青臭さもなくて非常においしかった…!
かなり贅沢な盛り合わせでした。
なかなか居酒屋さんでは食べられないレベル。
〆の「お蕎麦(十割そば)」
打ち立てのお蕎麦でした。(!)
日本酒の品ぞろえも良かった!…けれど、現在自分の中で「レモンサワーブーム」が続いているので、この日も1人でレモンサワーしばりで!
生レモンサワーというレモンの果実味がとても感じられるレモンサワーでした。

鶏料理は、鶏煮込み豆腐が出色。ベースはあっさり味ですが鶏の旨味と脂が良く溶け込んで、さっぱりしながらも濃厚な味わいを楽しめます。
焼き鳥は、蕎麦屋の味をしっかりと出されていて、これまたとても良い味でした。
その他のお料理も、しっかりと調理をされているのがわかり、大変おいしくいただけました。
鮮度の良さを活かしながら丁寧に作られたお料理で、界隈ではおすすめしたいお店です。
