T	Tosh Yam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019/01/16初めて入店午後３時過ぎという時間帯もあって先客は男性二人連れのみ。確かに灯油ストーブの匂いがほのかに漂っている。店長お薦めのヴェルゲル@800を注文。浅煎りの透明度のある珈琲はキャラメル香があり、甘さを十分感じる一杯。スペシャリティコーヒーを揃えた良店。アソートが3種類も付いているのが不思議なのと、ミルクの代わりにスジャータが添えられるのが謎だ。メニューにはコーヒー以外に軽食もあり、ケーキセットやパスタも注文できる。珈琲や紅茶に絞りこんで600円でスペシャリティコーヒーが飲めたら通うなあ。ブレンドが540円からだから、そこが品揃えと価格帯のバランスなのだろう。種類が多すぎため、お客の回転に対して豆の回転が課題のような気がする。 600円未満のコーヒーだと300円でおかわりが楽しめる。今度はこの選択を試してみよう。ご馳走様でした。 (追記)会計時に店主から説明がありました。月～水はスペシャリティコーヒー中心他の曜日はレギュラー中心月～水専用の50円割引券をくれました。 2019/01/16 Entered the store for the first time There is also a time zone after 3:00 pm, so the first guests are only with two men.
