天カスたくさん。
嬉しいけど、たぶん本当にその場で揚げたものじゃないかなと。
人工的に工場とかで作ってる？
私は揚げたカス、カリカリ感混じったのが好き❤️
うどんは優しい味で美味しかったので、☆３つ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ナイトメニューのカツカレー 980円。値段は一人前だがカツはよそのSAで700円くらいで出してるカツカレーのカツレベル。ルウもうたい文句にしているような出汁のうまさは感じない。あえて食べる必要のないメニュー。
しかし他のうどんも割高な設定なので他店舗がしまっている夜中なら選択肢に入れても良いかもしれないが他のSAまで我慢できるならしたほうがよいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前は注文してから時間がかかっていて、本当に茹でたてでシコシコのうどんを提供していたのに、待ち時間が短くなった代わりに茹で置きになっていて少し残念でした。
まぁサービスエリアで時間がない人もいると思うので仕方がないかなぁとも思いますが…
茹でたての頃何度も食べたことがありますが、その頃は星5でした！
天ぷらはサクサク、揚げたて。
お汁も少し甘口のいい感じのお出汁です。
待ち時間待ちますので、うどんが茹でたてに戻るといいなぁ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉つけうどんをいただきました。キリッと冷えたうどんと甘辛牛肉を特製辣油つけ汁につけていただきます。何とも言えない至福の美味しさ、箸が止まりません。ここのSAに来たら必ず食べちゃうくらい大好物です。他のお店でも販売してそうですが、なぜかここのが一番美味しいです。券売機現金会計のみ。
I had beef udon noodles. Soak the crispy cold udon noodles and sweet and spicy beef in the special chili oil soup. The indescribable blissful deliciousness, chopsticks do not stop. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海苔つけうどん６００円でした。さっぱりしたものが欲しかったので正解でした。味はかなり濃いめで結構甘いです。麺はかなりコシがあり、しっかりとした歯ごたえで触感がよかったです。クレジット、QRコードが使えない券売機が不便でした。ただのうでんでしたが１０分くらい待ちました。あまり混んでいなかったので少し長く感じました。
Udon with seaweed was 600 yen. I wanted something refreshing, so it was the correct answer. The taste is quite strong and quite sweet. The noodles were quite chewy and had a firm texture and a nice texture. It was inconvenient for the ticket vending machine to not use credit and QR codes. I was just sick, but I waited for about 10 minutes. It wasn't very crowded so I felt it was a little long.
