★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三種町のサンドクラフトに行く前の腹ごしらえにお邪魔しました。
昼時とあって、駐車場は満杯！駐車場隣の道路脇に路駐を…お巡りさん、ごめんなさいm(__)m
お店に入ると…あれ？四人掛けテーブル2卓と、4人用の小上がりが一つ。しかも、お客さん一人しか居ない(￣▽￣;) 私の後に家族連れのお客さんが入ってきたんですが、そしたら自宅側から入って2階へ！との事。どうやら大人数のお客さんは、2階がメインの席のようです。
迷いましたが、「お肉屋さんが営業している食堂」という事なので、肉皿も食べられる「MMセット」を。ラーメンは味噌を選びました。
ラーメンは昔ながらの味噌ラーメンで、全粒粉の黄色い麺の少し細縮れ麺です。味噌の甘さが懐かしさを感じさせます。チャーシューではなく、肉皿にもある、味付け煮込みの豚バラ肉です。
肉皿は、玉ねぎと豚バラ肉を丁寧に煮込み、味が染み込んでて美味しかったです。すき焼きと思えるほどですね。
セットなので、更にご飯とガッコがついて850円。ミニ肉皿・ミニごはんと有りましたが、かなりのボリュームで、コスパも最高です！インスタントではありますが、コーヒーはセルフで飲めますので、食後のコーヒーも味わえます(￣▽￣)

I got lost, but because it is "a restaurant where a butcher shop is open", "MM set" where you can also eat meat dishes. I chose miso ramen.
Ramen is a traditional miso ramen, which is a slightly shrunk noodle made of whole grain yellow noodles. The sweetness of miso makes you feel nostalgic. It is pork belly meat with seasoned simmered meat, which is also in the meat plate, not in the char shell.
The meat dish was delicious, with the onion and pork belly stewed carefully and the taste steeped in. It seems that it looks like sukiyaki.
As it is a set, there are rice and gacco more and it is 850 yen. There was a mini meat dish and mini rice, but with a considerable volume, the cospa is also the best! Although it is instant, you can drink coffee on your own, so you can also taste after-meal coffee (▽ ̄ ̄))

是非行ったらホルモン食べてみて下さい。
程好くしみたとろけるホルモン。
持ち帰りも出来ます。
ラーメンもチェーン店で食べるものとは何かが違います。
ただ私はかなりの大食いなので量は少なく感じます 笑
脚を運ぶならお早目に。
混みます、が。待つだけの価値はあると思います。

特にモツ煮が最高☆白米何杯でもいける♪

清水精肉店さんでやっているお店で
お肉ベースの昔ながらの優しいお味でした。
お昼は長蛇の列になる事もあるそうです。
大瓶ビール450円は安いなぁと思います。
ラーメンには大量の豚肉か入っていました。
ﾓﾁﾓﾁ感のある細麺で硬麺です。
スープ超熱々で昔ながらの優しいお味で
お肉の脂ととっても合ってます。
醤油ラーメンは500円。
塩ラーメンは550円。
全体的にリーズナブルで
ｼｺﾀﾏ美味しかったです。
鍋焼きうどんを食べているお客さんもいて
美味しそうでした。（食べたい❗）

ラーメンのコスパが異様に高いです。セットだと腹一杯、でも結局セット頼んじゃうんだよなぁ笑

ラーメン、カレーライス、カツ丼などのどこにでもあるものから、肉鍋定食や肉皿定食など他県にはない料理もあります。
ここに食べに行くために遠出するということは無いけど、近場に用事が有るときに行きたい店という感じです。
駐車場が特殊(路駐になったり)なので、所見さんは注意が必要です。

あっさりしたラーメンスープとトロトロのもつ煮。ご飯が進まないワケがない。
お肉屋さんが営まれているので、もつ煮もカツ丼も美味しいです。
改装されてからは初めて訪問しました。
平日はガテン系の方で賑わっているお店です。
食後は会計の際にセルフで食器を戻してあげましょう。
