★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中舞鶴にあった鎮守府西門を現在の場所に移設したもので門の中は海上自衛隊舞鶴警備隊になっているため一般的には入ることができません。(中に入ろうとすると監視カメラがある上、当直室から丸見えなので直ぐに当直の方が出てきますよ!)門以外観るべきものが無いので昔の海軍物に興味無い人にはおすすめしません。門の前の道は一方通行の上、時間によってはフェリーに載る大型トラックが多いので注意して下さい。
 The guard gate west gate in Nakamaizuru was relocated to the current location. The inside of the gate is the Maritime Self-Defense Force Maizuru Guard, so it is generally not possible to enter. (When you try to enter the building, there is a surveillance camera, and you can see the person who is on duty immediately because you have a full view from the duty room!) There is nothing to watch other than the gate, so it is not recommended for people who are not interested in old navy items. Please note that the road in front of the gate is a one-way street, and depending on the time, there are many large trucks on the ferry.
