★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東門公園(セブンイレブン北吸店の隣)の一角に再現された駅名標があるだけで駅名標には国道27号線側は第２次大戦後の「きたすい」が表記され、中舞鶴線跡を利用した自転車道側は戦前の「とうもん」が表記されています。また、駅名標の下側にラミネートでパウチされた説明文が表示されています。
 There is only a reproduced station name mark in a corner of Higashimon Park (next to Seven-Eleven Kitasui store), and the station name mark is marked with "Kitasui" after World War II on the side of Route 27, and uses the Nakamai Tsuru line trace. On the side of the bicycle path, "Tomon" before the war is written. In addition, a description pouched with laminate is displayed below the station name sign.
