正直、交通も不便だし、駅周辺も全然賑わってない。
川沿いにキャンプ場があるので、カヤックを楽しむ人にはええスポットなのかも。
ただ春先には、そんなところだからこそ楽しめる光景が、駅周辺から木津川に沿って広がっている。
飲食を伴って桜を楽しむのではなく、のんびりと自らの足で散策して「自然な桜」を楽しめる。
そういったところが、「日本の桜100選」にも選ばれた所以なのだろう。
One and a half hours by train from Osaka to Kizu.
Honestly, transportation is inconvenient, and the area around the station is not crowded at all.
Since there is a campsite along the river, it may be a good spot for kayakers.
However, in the early spring, the scenery that can be enjoyed because of such a place spreads along the Kizu River from around the station.
Instead of enjoying the cherry blossoms with eating and drinking, you can leisurely stroll on your own feet and enjoy the "natural cherry blossoms".
That's probably why it was selected as one of the 100 Best Cherry Blossoms in Japan.
