★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園としては、草も結構生えてて整備されてない感じでした。
さびれたテニスコートが1面ありましたが、自由に使って良いのかも分からないです。
ダム見学のついでに、少しうろつく公園ですね。
広い駐車場があるのは嬉しいです。
 As for the park, it felt like the grass was growing and not being maintained.
There was one deserted tennis court, but I don't know if it's free to use.
It's a park where you can wander a little while visiting the dam.
I am glad that there is a large parking lot.

ダム付近の駐車場からは、階段でダムまで降りれます。が、ダムを超えた所に休憩所があります。途中の通路が車一台ちょっとぐらいの道幅なので渡る前に注意が必要です。
It's a quiet and nice place.
From the parking lot near the dam, you can get down to the dam by the stairs. But there is a rest area beyond the dam. Since the passage on the way is a road width of about one car, you need to be careful before crossing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口の道路はすれ違い難しいので、注意が必要です。駐車場から高山ダムの眺めはなかなか良いのですね。
Be careful because the entrance road is difficult to pass. The view of Takayama Dam from the parking lot is quite good.

Not only the dam but also the surrounding parks, Yoshino cherry trees, and weeping cherry blossoms are wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行った時はダムの豪快な放流もなく、殆ど人の姿も見られない静かな時間でした。まもなく遠くからバイクの音がしていたのが、印象的でした。
When I went there, there was no lively release of the dam, and it was a quiet time with almost no people. It was impressive that the sound of the motorcycle was heard from a distance soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレと自販機のみ。下にテニスコートあり。バイクでふらりと立ち寄って缶コーヒー飲みながらバイクを眺める。かれこれ30年近くなるけど変わらぬ時間を過ごせる。
Toilet and vending machine only. There is a tennis court below. Stop by on your motorcycle and gaze at the motorcycle while drinking a can of coffee. It's been almost 30 years now, but I can spend the same time.
