0	0066mno j12d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前利用した際と最近利用した際の違いに違和感を感じここに投稿します。以前、担当制で男性の職員に相談をしていた時の話です。先ずは担当職員に宗教の勧誘に合い、パンフレットなどを渡されました。また、よく相談に来る新卒者には特別との事でラインの交換をして相談している子がいると言われラインを交換しようと言われたり、閉館後に相談時間が足りないとのことで夜食事や休めるところに行こうなど誘われる事がありました。さらに不思議な点があり「私に相談してくる女性には必ず感謝の手紙を貰っている。貴方も私に感謝の手紙を書いてもらってもいいかな？」と手紙を要求されました。その頃はハローワークに行くことも初めてで、相談させて頂いているし親身になってくれているからと悪くは取りませんでしたがあまりにしつこかったので他で職探しをする事にしました。数年経ち、転職の際にまたハローワークを利用することになったのですが、女性に対しては女性の職員が相談していると言われたので、何回か相談をしに行ってもそういった事は無かったので疑問に思いました。また、ここでの紹介を受けて行ったある企業でパワハラやマタハラと思えるような事があり、こういった事があった際の相談先を聞きましたがお話しも聞かないままに相談先をはぐらかされそうになったので、ゆっくりご説明しましたところ渋々教えるような感じでした。以上のことは他の方も同じ事があったのかどうかわかりませんが、信用していいのか分かりません。 I feel uncomfortable with the difference between when I used it before and when I used it recently, so I will post it here.
