★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅で棚のDIY用に棚柱などを購入しました。品ぞろえ豊富で困ることはなさそうです。棚用の板にと2m1500円ほどの板を選びましたが、同じ素材の1mの物は1000円ぐらいでした。カットサービスもやっており、1カット50円だったと思いましたが、2mのものをカットしてもらった方が断然安いです。カット分1～2mmほど短くはなりますが。
I bought a shelf pillar for DIY of the shelf at home. There is a wide selection of items and there seems to be no problem. I chose a 2m 1500 yen board for the shelf, but the 1m one of the same material was about 1000 yen. We also offer a cut service, and I thought it was 50 yen per cut, but it is definitely cheaper to have a 2m cut. The cut will be 1 to 2 mm shorter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーンソーを購入しましたが、初期不良に付きエンジン掛からず。お店へ持参したがわからずメーカーへ時間がかかり理由も謝罪もなくメーカーが悪い？販売店はホーマックですよね。他人事のように、うちには責任がない、わかる人がいない。次回からは購入しません。会社としてどうでしょうか？高額なゴミを購入を騙されて購入？運が悪いの？DCMブランド傷がつきますし、社員教育の徹底とお客様をどう思われているのか？改善を望む。

I brought it to the store, but I don't know, it takes time for the manufacturer, and there is no reason or apology, and the manufacturer is bad? The store is Homac, isn't it? Like other people, we have no responsibility and no one to understand. I will not purchase it from the next time. How about as a company? Are you tricked into buying expensive trash? Are you out of luck? The DCM brand will be damaged, and what do you think of customers and thorough employee education? I hope for improvement.
