芦ノ湖遊覧船乗り場からアップダウンのある山道を歩くこと２５分で九頭龍の森に到着。
毎月13日は船で来れますが、それ以外は往復1時間の徒歩なので訪れる人も少ない神社でした。
A small shrine right after entering the Kuzuryu no Mori
It takes 25 minutes to walk up and down the mountain road from the Lake Ashi cruise pier and arrive at Kuzuryu no Mori.
You can come by boat on the 13th of every month, but other than that, it was a one-hour round-trip walk, so it was a shrine with few visitors.

近くにある『九頭龍神社』と紛らわしい名前を付けて本当に罰当たりです。東日本大震災の後に建築され、敷地に入るだけで600円も徴取されます。単なる切り株に『御神木』とか表示するなどやりたい放題。間違ってもお参りしない方が良いと思います。邪気をもらいます。
A privately owned shrine that has nothing to do with Hakone Shrine.
It's really a punishment to give it a misleading name as the nearby "Kuzuryu Shrine". It was built after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and 600 yen will be collected just by entering the site. You can do whatever you want, such as displaying "Mikamiki" on a mere stump. I think it is better not to visit even if you make a mistake. I get wicked.

It is a small shrine that sits near the entrance to the Kuzuryu no Mori. Unfortunately, the god crest of the money box was peeled off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute little lakeside shrine in one of the weirder and historic parts of Hakone. Definitely give this shrine a visit, along with Kuzuryu Shrine, if you're walking down the lakeside trail.
