星2の理由は、店員さんの接客です。
すごく悪い、というわけではないのですが、とにかくついて回られるので、落ち着いて見て回れません。
入店してドア付近の商品を拝見していた時に、店員さんが寄って来られて棚の奥にある商品を出して見せてくださった時には、親切だなあと好印象でした。
しかし、その後も私が移動すると、約1メートル弱の距離を保って、ずっとその店員さんが様子を伺いながら付いて来られるのです。店を出るまでずっとです。
高価な商品を多数揃えておられるので、お客を警戒したいのかな？ 会社の方針なら、仕方ないのかなと思いますが…そうは言っても、対人距離1メートル弱は、近過ぎな気がします。少なくとも私は、パーソナルスペースを侵されてる感じですごく不快でしたし、美しいお品の数々を落ち着いてゆっくり拝見できず、残念な思いをしました。
今度はゆっくりと拝見させていただきたいものです。
