横柄で威圧的、ネットで受けた印象との違いに茫然としました。自身の症状は数ヵ月前から続いていましたが、出されたのは風邪薬でした。薬剤師の方にも心配して頂きましたが症状は酷くなり大変な思いをしました。
今は他の耳鼻科に安心して通っています。

新しくできたようで院内は清潔感がありきれいでした。
コロナ対策もしっかりされている様子です。
耳鼻科と言うと待ち時間が長いイメージでしたが当日予約でも待ち時間は5-10分でした。
なにより先生がよかったです。
男性の眼鏡の先生でしたが手際がよくサクッといろんなことが終わりました。
鼻からのどにかけてカメラをいれてもらったのですがそれがとてもスムーズでほぼ痛みなく処置を終えることができました。
カメラでとった画像をみながらどこが炎症しているのか、本当はどうなっているものなのか、炎症を起こした原因等丁寧に教えてくれました。
久しぶりに良い病院を見つけました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日、土曜日と2日に渡り、扁桃腺炎で受診させて頂きました。
自分は扁桃腺が腫れやすく年に2回〜3回程高熱が出て耳鼻咽喉科に受診しに行くことが多く、今回も光熱、喉の強い痛みが続いていたため、かかりつけ医を決めていなかったので、今回レビュー見て箱根ヶ崎耳鼻咽喉科に受診させて頂きました。
他の方も書いている通り、小林先生、院長先生共に、とても丁寧な説明をした頂き、また、いちから喉の写真を細かく撮っていただきました。
年に何回か起きてるので、薬のことや、手術も検討したためそのことを質問するととても分かりやすく丁寧答えていただき、紹介状も書いていただきました。
とても気持ちがよかったです

実家に帰ってきてる日ここをかかりつけ医にしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで色んな耳鼻科に行きましたが『鼻炎でしょう』で済まされてしまっていましたが、初めて行った箱根ヶ崎耳鼻咽喉科でちゃんと診断してもらって助かりました。原因がわかったのでしっかり治療していきたいです。先生は分かりやすい説明で、自分の話も聞いてくれて良かったです。どのスタッフさんも親切でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こどもの中耳炎で二回お世話になりました。先生はとても優しくて素敵だし、何より早いのでとても助かります。待ち時間がほとんどないのは一歳児にはかなりありがたい。処置も速くて、安心感もあります。
土曜日に初診で行ったときには、受付の人の不親切でやる気のない感じに、結構傷つきました。でも診察で丁寧に診てもらえたので先生が良ければ受付なんて気にせず此処に通おうと思いました。処置室にいた看護師さんも優しかったです。しかし、ネブライザーの説明をしてくれた看護師さんや後始末にきた看護師さんも冷たくて、先生の目の届かないところでは皆こんな態度なの？と思いました。裏と表のあるスタッフばかりなのかなーと思ってましたが、後日、再診の時には受付の方もきちんと接してくれました。初回にいい印象と悪い印象が半分半分だったのですが、２回目はいい印象のみでした。
こちらは不安な気持ちで病院に行っているので、早口で雑に話されると、頭も気持ちもついていけません。先生の温かさがスタッフの皆さんにも伝わるといいなぁ。

薬の選択ができるのはありがたいですね。
不満点
・投薬していないのに投薬点数とられました。請求する以上やる必要がある。
・ソーシャルディスタンスのわりにクリニック内で待つ方が多いとかんじました。
・整理券あるのに発券機がない。(整理券ほしいのと言いたいのか)
・ファイルは受付に渡すのが本当に必要なのか、助手がやるべきことではないでしょうか？
・受付と支払いは一緒の方がいい。
支払いは現金のみの取り扱いはよほどせっぱつまっているのかと思いたくなる。薬局はPayPayと現金払いができるようです

・ Is it really necessary to hand over the file to the receptionist, or is it something that the assistant should do?
・ It is better to receive and pay at the same time.
