★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small public park (entrance fee 550JPY) . It features an impressive rose garden, several greenhouses with tropical plants (breadfruit tree, papaya tree, mango tree), as well as an impressive cedar.
Visitors can enjoy the beautiful rotary with a fountain at its center. It looks even better from the nearby Cafe Pic, which features a most agreeable terrace .
For those interested in local craft there is a workshop that proposes hands-on classes.
The park also offers a good view on the mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park close to Gora station, entry is free if you have the Hakone pass. Nice fountain at the centre and scenic views from the top. There is also a nice Rose garden & Cedar tree in the Center. It would take maybe 20 mins to cover the whole place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth visiting!!! When we went it was in May and the roses were in full bloom; lovely sight! We also saw a hydrangea exhibit; it was exquisite! There’s also a tropical greenhouse. The park is quite big and offers areas for walking, sitting, hanging around. Beautiful garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serene place to relax and explore. Surprisingly big enough to spend a couple hours. Kids love the little trails and fountains. 550 yen for adults, free for kids, and affordable parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised, I didn't expect such a beautiful park in Gora. I visited this town two years ago and for some reason the park was closed, but this time I didn't miss on it and I am happy that I didn't. Very well taken care of, beautiful flowers and peaceful atmosphere. Free entry with Hakone Free Pása was a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have the Hakone free pass you can visit it free of charge. The greenhouses are really nice. Instead of walking from gora station you can take the cable car from Gora and get off at the koen Shimo station (OH58). The park is nearer to reach from this station.
