★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パリコレ、NYコレクションなど世界の第一線で現役で活躍されており、パリではjohn nollet氏に師事していたと聞き驚きました。最高の技術はもちろんですが、何よりもオーナー岩崎さんの丁寧であたたかいお人柄が大変心地よい素晴らしいお店でした。オープンして間もないのに人気のお店だというのが納得です。
予約時に車で行く事を伝えておくと、お店の目の前に駐車が出来るのはとても便利だと思いました。
