★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三井不動産のハイグレード高級分譲マンション。
【良い点】
▶︎築2年(2020年2月時点で)なのでほぼ新築に近い綺麗さ。
▶︎緑ヶ丘駅から徒歩5分。自由が丘駅までは徒歩13分程。
▶︎近隣にはファミリーマート、郵便局、公園、文化堂というスーパー、山田電気、児童館、図書館などがあり、緑ヶ丘駅周辺にも多数保育園などあり。緑道もあるので、緑道を使い、自由が丘駅や都立大学駅にもいける。(子育てには割と適した環境かと思います。)
▶︎すぐ隣が東京工業大学の敷地になるので低層階圧迫感なども感じません。
▶︎キッチンはディスポーザーや食洗機付き。
▶︎駐車場(現在空きなし)駐輪場あり。
▶︎床暖房有。
【残念な点】
▶︎寝室が狭い。(主寝室が6.5畳)
▶︎トランクルームなし。
▶︎お風呂の中にTVなし。
▶︎小規模マンションな為、コンシェルジュサービスなし。
▶︎自由が丘駅からは少し遠いので歩くと疲れる。
マンションの前の通りからはタクシーがあまり通っていない為、急いでお出かけの際もさっと家の前からタクシーを拾えないのでかなり不便。
(わざわざUberやタクシーを呼ばなければいけない)

【good point】
▶ ︎It's 2 years old (as of February 2020), so it's almost like a new building.
▶ ︎ 5 minutes walk from Midorigaoka station. It is about a 13-minute walk to Jiyugaoka Station.
▶ ︎There are Family Mart, post office, park, supermarket called Bunkado, Yamada Denki, children's house, library, etc., and there are many nurseries around Midorigaoka Station. There is also a green road, so you can use the green road to reach Jiyugaoka Station or Toritsu University Station. (I think the environment is relatively suitable for raising children.)
▶ ︎Because the site of Tokyo Institute of Technology is right next door, you don't feel the pressure on the lower floors.
▶ ︎The kitchen is equipped with a disposer and dishwasher.
▶ ︎ Parking lot (currently full) There is a bicycle parking lot.
▶ ︎ With floor heating.
[Unfortunate point]
▶ ︎The bedroom is small. (Main bedroom is 6.5 tatami mats)
▶ ︎No trunk room.
▶ ︎No TV in the bath.
▶ ︎Since it is a small condominium, there is no concierge service.
▶ ︎ It's a little far from Jiyugaoka station, so walking makes me tired.
There aren't many taxis from the street in front of the apartment, so it's quite inconvenient because you can't pick up a taxi from the front of your house when you go out in a hurry.
(I have to call Uber or a taxi)
