村	村木 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17時〜の予約で入店。こちらの落ち度としては、1分遅れた。17時1分着。それで、入店から15分後位にシャンプー（炭酸のでヘッドスパ的なものだったので所要15〜20分位か？）受けた以外は、ドライヤーもなくずっと放置。18時15分、クレームを言ってカット無しで退店。流石に無料にされたが、こんな扱いは初めて受けた。コロナに関する世の中の動きに対しての持論など他の客とくっちゃべってるヒマがあったら、始めに「スタッフが足りないのと混み合っていて少しお待たせしてしまうかもしれません。」位の事は言えないのか？接客業として。クレームを言っている間、あくまで威圧的な態度や暴言などはとらず、怒りを出しつつも敬語で文句を言っていたが他のスタッフも全く持って我関せずな態度で申し訳無さなど微塵も感じられなかった。教育って大事だなと感じた。二度と行くことはない。休日の夕方の貴重な時間を返してほしい。客の時間を何だと思っているのか？ Entered with reservation from 17:00.
