初めてのパーマをここでかけてもらった際、初回でかつ私の髪質だとパーマがすぐ取れてしまうかもしれない、その場合は無料でかけ直すと言ってくれました。
実際、翌日にはパーマが取れてしまいましたが、写真を添付してメールでかけ直しを依頼したところ、すぐに応じてもらえました。
