★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 派手髪サロンと聞いてたのに、ブリーチレタッチからのめっちゃ暗くなりました。
元々明るかった髪色もほぼ黒とかありえない。
色落ちしたら〜とか言われたけど、今が黒やったら意味ないやん。
染めて数日経つけど根本と毛先で全然色が違うし、毛先がまじで黒になってきた。
金払って髪痛めて暗い色になるくらいなら行かなければよかった。
めっちゃ後悔

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラー専門店と聞いてたので、カラーを楽しみにして行きました。
なのに、このカラーはブリーチしないといけないので出来ないです。と言われ、じゃあ、ブリーチもお願いします。とゆうと時間がないから出来ません。と言われ美容院なのに疑問でしかなかったです。希望はハイカラーでしたが全然違う真反対の暗い色をカラーされ、エクステもつける予定でしたが、途中で嫌になりカラーのみでお願いします。とゆうと、凄い嫌な顔をされました。希望通りの色にも出来ないのにカラーが得意と書いてあるし、接客態度も最初から愛想も悪くとても不愉快でした。しかも、カラーだけの料金で8000円もかかり、レシートもなし。（笑）
どんな料金設定にされてるんでしょうか？（笑）クーポン通りの値段でもないし、ただのぼったくりにしか思えません。カラー専門店と書いてるなら、ブリーチしてカラーが上手いと思っていたのに、ブリーチも出来ないくらい自信がないのなら、カラーが得意と書かない方がいいと思いますよ。
そもそも、接客態度から見直した方がいいと思います。愛想もなく、嫌な顔は、ハッキリだされ、カラーも真逆のだし。ほんと時間とお金の無駄金でした！！！
ちなみに、担当者はSayuriとゆう若い女の人でした。
1番初めのアンケートに書かれてた施術のカラー等の返金などは受け付けません。で気づくべきでした。もー2度とこんな店行きません！
同じ被害を受けない方が出ないよう長々と書きました。

電話で予約して、カットとカラーをお願いしたのですが当日カットは予約されてなくてカラーだけになりました。しかもカラーは外見はとてもいいのですが頭皮を染められ頭皮全部真っ青になりました。しかもおでこの所の頭皮まで塗られてたのでめっちゃ変になりました。しかも頭皮にガッツリ塗られてるので頭皮がヒリヒリします。綺麗にはしてくれますがカラーの塗りはめっちゃ雑です。あまり行かない方がいいです。私はもう行きません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回で5回目の来店になります。行く度に綺麗に染めて頂き、想像以上の出来に毎回驚かされます。スタッフの方々も優しく、よくお話ししてくれたりと、ヘアカラー中も退屈になりません。母に勧められ、訪れましたが、今ではヘアカラーと言ったら此処という感じになりました！

今まで行っていた美容室はグラデーションを頼んでも綺麗なグラデーションにならずツートーンみたいになってしまう事を担当してくださったお兄さんにお話しし、したいグラデーションの画像を見せるとこれがツートーンに見えますか？と謎に私にキレてきて意味がわからなかったです。
何の勘違いでキレたんでしょうか？？
今までの美容室はツートーンみたいになってここに来たんですって言っただけやのに。
あと成人式も控えていたのでアップヘヤーにした時に刈り上げした所の伸びた髪を隠すため出来るだけ伸びた髪を残さないようエクステつけてほしいと言ったのに、エクステをつけ終わりました！と確認したらめちゃくちゃ伸びた髪は残ってるし悲惨…
伸びた髪を残さないようにって言いましたよね？って言うとえ？そうなんですか！？
対応も悪いし下手やし
滋賀県からわざわざ足を運んで行った意味がないです。結局ちょっとしてからいつも行ってるところでエクステやり直してもらいました。
二度と行きません。

仕上がりはお願いしていた色とは程遠くとても残念でした。
後日お直しか返金をお願いした所、謝罪の一言もなく、同意証にチェック頂いてるので保証対象外の一点張り。
担当の美容師さんに問い合わせると、ブリーチ1回では希望の色にはならないと言われました。事前カウンセリングでは1回出来ると言っていたのに。
ブリーチ1回目が終わった後に、もう1度ブリーチ等の提案も何も無くそのまま進められて、終わってからブリーチ1回では出来ないは酷すぎ。
問い合わせた際は、
"次の予約が入っていたので2回目はどっちみち出来なかった" "お客さんから提案されなかったのでやらなかった" 等すべてこちらが悪いかのような上からの対応。
シャンプー後もオイルなど何も付けずにブローされ、髪はパサパサ。
ブロー後も髪を整えることも無く乾きっぱなしのまま帰され最悪でした。
失敗されても全て客側の責任にされますので、お気を付けください。
二度と行きません。
