外れ物件は本当に最悪。
普通、不動産(プロ)なら
幼い子供の居る女性(母親)に壁の薄い木造住宅なんて紹介しませんよね。クレームやトラブルがあった時のことを想定して、なるべく子供を優先にした合った物件を紹介するのがプロの仕事ではないでしょうか。
お母さん友達や、子連れの友人の出入りも想定しませんか？
子供にストレスを与えたいのか？
子連れに鉄骨系の物件を紹介しない不動産もあるんだなぁと、ある意味、勉強になりました。

I wouldn't introduce a wooden house with thin walls to a woman (mother) who has a young child. I think it's a professional job to introduce suitable properties that give priority to children as much as possible, assuming that there are complaints and troubles.
Would you like to expect the comings and goings of mom friends and friends with children?
Do you want to stress your child?
In a sense, I learned that there are real estates that do not introduce steel-framed properties to families with children.

表向きでは親切ぶるけど実際は違う。遠回しに出ていかせようと考えている最悪な会社。
入居者と寄り添う姿勢が見えない。
若いスタッフがいない。
おじさんおばさんしかいないから、物件のトラブルに関しては実際あんまり理解していない人ばかり。
People (customers) who are inconvenient for Taisei land are bad at shadows.
It's kind on the face, but it's not. The worst company that wants to go out in a roundabout way.
I can't see the attitude of being close to the resident.
There are no young staff.
Since there are only uncles and aunts, there are only people who don't really understand much about property troubles.
