H	Hai Hoang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is ran single-handedly by a lovely lady. Everything is superb. You order the meat set and grill them yourself so the menu’s not hard to navigate. Quality Hida beef & beef tongue are delicious grilled over charcoal. Only problem is that its reservation only so you’ll need to ask someone who speak Japanese (maybe where you’re staying) to book for you.
