個人的には、ニラレバや、焼きそばと、唐揚げのころもかフワフワ?で、この辺では、いや?食べた時の感触が、口の中て心地よい?また、食べたくなる人多いかも‼️
あくまでも、個人的感想なので、悪しからず‼️

今回はホルモン丼と中華そばを注文しました。丼の味付けは美味しかったのですが、ご飯がべちゃべちゃ過ぎてご飯を残してしまいました。中華そばは薄味でハッキリ言って不味かった。
あと、女の店員の受け答えや表情も愛想なくせっかく味はいいのに接客は最悪でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下呂に行くときは必ず寄る。トンちゃん定食がとてもおいしい。うどんと豚ホルモンが鉄板上で焼かれ、燃料に火がついた状態で提供されるため、熱々の状態が続き、食べ始めから食べ終わりまでずっと美味しい。トンちゃん食べ終わった後の残った汁をご飯にかけて食べるのが好き。
