★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう4、5年行ってませんが、ホルモンは絶品です。落ち着いたらまた行きたいなあ。しめのラーメンも絶品だった。チャーハンも美味しかった。いい思い出で溢れてる。
I haven't been there for four or five years, but the hormones are excellent. I want to go again when I calm down. The shime ramen was also excellent. The fried rice was also delicious. It's full of good memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納豆喰豚のラーメンを食べましたが、コクがあるのにすっきりとした後味のスープは飛騨地方独特の濃い醤油味とマッチして最高でした。豚骨ベースなのにこれだけのすっきり感はほかではなかなか味わえませんね。ただ、スープが素晴らしすぎる分、麺の味ににもう少し力が欲しいところです。
I ate natto pork ramen, but the soup with a refreshing aftertaste, despite its richness, matched the strong soy sauce flavor peculiar to the Hida region and was the best. Even though it's based on pork bones, it's hard to taste this refreshing feeling anywhere else. However, because the soup is so wonderful, I want a little more power in the taste of the noodles.
