目の前でシェフの方が丁寧にじっくり焼き上げ
高級な匂いに包まれ本当にいいステーキハウスだと思いました。
ハンバーグだけでなくお味噌汁や漬物，サラダなども味付けも最高でした！
食後のミルクティーも美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々東京を含め、各地のホテルでフレンチ、鉄板焼のシェフを勤めておいでであっただけあり、食材だけでなく、焼き方、タイミング、提供の順序、会話や客への心遣い、ホスピタリティー等、全ての面で優れる。デートや友人、家族との会食といったカジュアルな会食に限らず、法要や慶事、接待といったフォーマルな場面にも使える。
ワインも各種取り揃えてあり、他のお酒もそこそこある印象。お料理はオーソドックスな鉄板焼であり、やや重ためではあるが、心地よい満腹感が得られる。
実はスイーツが秀逸であり、近隣の方にはクリスマスケーキを依頼する方もいらっしゃるとか。

オマール海老は活きが良く、大きくて身がぷりっぷりでした✨
ステーキも2回に分けて焼いてくれるので、1回目と2回目で焼き加減を変えると、2度楽しめます✨
ガーリックライスも、1枚1枚ニンニクを並べて焼く姿はこだわりを感じました✨
何もかも美味しかった✨
スタッフが少なく、焼き待ちやドリンク待ちがあるのが少し気になりましたが、それ以外は大変良かったです。
