基	基之高寺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉に対して異常(良い意味で)な程の知識とこだわりがある店主が経営するお店。当日は「びびるビフカツ」、「黒毛和牛ステーキ」、「黒毛和牛の赤身ハンバーグ」を食べました。どれも赤身なのに柔らかく非常に美味しかったです。特に感動したのはハンバーグで、ソースなしで是非食べてみてくださいとのことだったので最初は何もつけずにハンバーグを食べたのですが、肉の旨味がしっかりと詰まっており何もつけずにこんなにも美味しいハンバーグを食べたのは初めてでした。また是非食べに行きたいと思える素敵なお店です。ご馳走様でした。 A shop run by a shopkeeper who has unusual (in a good sense) knowledge and commitment to meat.
