★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からのお菓子屋さん。近くに畠栄さんもありますが、我が家はこちらの餡ごま餅が好きです。(どちらも美味しいのです。)なんというか餅米の味が濃いことと、餅を噛み切る時に、途中までコシがあるけど最後はしっとりと口の中で切れるのが好きで、土橋さんに通ってしまいます。いつまでも美味しい餡ごまを頼みます。
An old candy store. There is Sakae Hatake nearby, but my home likes this bean paste sesame cake. (Both are delicious.) Somehow the taste of mochi rice is strong and when I cut the mochi, I like to cut it in my mouth gently, but at the end I like Tsuchihashi I will. I will always ask for delicious bean paste.

八郎潟では「あんごま餅」が有名な隠れた名店。
「絹ごしの豆腐の様な口の中でとろける餅」はここでしか食べることができません「最高」！！
今までのお餅の概念を覆す食感です。
柔らかくて餅というよりまさに「スイーツ」
一度食べたら病みつき間違い無し？
あんごま餅も良いですが、あんこ餅もまた最高です。
硬くなりやすいので早めに食べましょう。
繊細な食感はきっとあなたの概念を覆すでしょう。
道路沿ではない為見つけ難いです。
清源寺というお寺の入り口付近にあります。
あんごま餅、あんこ餅、おはぎ、白あん等買えます。
おはぎなどはいつでも買える訳ではありません。
ご主人も商売っ気も無く大量には作り置きしてない為買えるだけでもレアです
細々とやっているので直ぐに売り切れです。
関東にでも出したら名店になるんだろうなぁ
と思う。
是非 おためしあれ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり久々に買いにいきました。昨年、ご主人が亡くなったため、餅からおはぎっぽい、半殺しみたいなタイプに変更したそうです。食べてみると、以前の餅よりも食感が楽しめて、益々ファンになりやした。仕事で近くに行くときは、また寄らせてもらいます。
