他の方も書かれてますが、契約するまでは客として普通の扱いを受けます。
ですが、契約後は酷いものです。
何か問い合わせても「うちは管理会社ではなく、仲買ですので対応はできません」というのが決まり文句で何一切対応してもらえません。
その他にもここでは書ききれないほどの酷い対応を受けてきました。
もし、このクチコミをご覧になられた方、塩釜口には他にも物件を紹介してくれるお店があります！！
間違った選択だけはされないようにしてください！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで問い合わせしたら、クリアしにくいペット可の条件に合う物件をスピーディーに数件ほどご用意していただいていました。担当の方がとても対応が良く２月の繁忙期にも関わらず当方の希望をそれはもういろいろとオーナー様へ取り次いでくれたり、インターネット回線引き込みの事まで親身に相談に乗ってくれました。オーナー様との信頼が大きいのか、相談事のレスは早くて助かりました。

担当者さんも親切で、周りの店の事情なども教えていただけました。(ここのスーパーが安くておすすめ、など)
初めての一人暮らしですが、かなり不安は解消された気がします。
口コミは悪いようですが、、住んだあとに何か物件に問題があったら大家さんなどに問い合わせるのが普通なのでは？と思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶ前ですが、契約時は親切でしたが、退去時に回復義務のない襖の色褪せなど経年劣化を並べて敷金を返金をしなかった。おまけに今日サインすればこれでなしにしとくぐらいの脅しもついてた。最悪です。今は知りませんが。
