の	のんちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通販で注文時に辛さの指定していなかったので、わざわざお電話いただきました。とても感じの良いお話をされる方で好感度アップです。今日のお昼、カレー日和でチキンカレーをチョイスしていただきました。お肉がホロホロとしていて、ターメリックライス？も量がすごくあったので測ってみたら300ｇもあり、カレーソースもたっぷり。安くありませんか？（笑）今度はお店に行かせていただく為に橋を渡ろうと思います。ごちそうさまでした。 It did not specify the hotness and at the time of ordering by mail, I received telephone bother. 稲	稲井雅章 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坂出にずーっと前からあるカレー屋さん。何年来て無かったも分からないくらい久しぶりに寄ってみました。店内に入ると、色々なスパイスの香りが漂っていて、いかにも専門店に来たと感じます。この日は、冬ミックスフライカレーを辛口(3倍)でいただきました。辛口といってもピリ辛ではなく、甘みがあって味わってる内にスパイス感が来て、薬膳のような複雑な風味を感じます。味の系統からいって、特に辛党の人じゃなくても、辛口くらいで大丈夫な感じです。訪れたのが久しぶり過ぎて、元の記憶も定かじゃありませんが、外の看板が綺麗になったくらいで、店は昔とあまり変わって無い様に思いました。 A curry shop that has been around for a long time in Sakaide. T	TAK Super on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坂出のスパイスカレーが食べられる老舗店。カレーはルーを一切使用しないで、スパイスから作っているそうです。ひとくち口に含むと、甘味が口に広がります。決してお子さまカレーのような甘味ではなくて、野菜から出ている甘味です。ベースに玉ねぎ60個を炒めているそうなので、その甘味が出ています。その、甘味の後に酸味がフワッと出てきて、そのあとに若干ビターな後味が漂います。辛さは、ビリビリ来るタイプではなく、飲み込んだ後に、ジワーッと食道全体が熱くなるタイプ。でも、汗が滲んできて体が熱くなってきます。薬膳カレーということなので、何かに効いているのでしょう。他のカレー店では、なかなか味わえないカレーで美味しいです。香川でうどん巡りをして味の違いを楽しむのも良いですが、その町のカレー屋さんを訪問して、スパイスの調合の違いを楽しむカレー屋さん巡りも楽しいです。坂出に来たら、ベンガル亭のスパイスカレーを食べて行くのをオススメします。 A long-established store where you can eat Sakaide's spice curry. It is good to go around udon noodles in Kagawa and enjoy the difference in taste, but it is also fun to visit the curry shop in the town and enjoy the difference in spice mix.
