八幡宮の境内の中にあり駐車場の一角にあります。
見晴らしのよい高台から眺める朝日は格別なものがあります。春先から初夏にかけてが一番オススメです。明るくなると共に小鳥達がさえずり、マイナスイオンをたっぷりと含んだ空気の中で朝日を拝めば心も体もリフレッシュして元気な１日を迎えられること間違いなしです！！
さらに、夏場は涼しい風が吹き抜けるので徳川斉昭が涼をとった名所です。大きな欅の下で斉昭公と同じ景色を眺めれば歴史ロマンも想いを馳せることができ感慨深いものがあります。
水戸の隠れたオススメスポット間違いなしです！！

There are extraordinary things to see in the morning from the high hills with a good view. It is most recommended from early spring to early summer. As the birds become brighter and the birds sing, in the air containing plenty of negative ions, if you visit the morning sun, your mind and body will be refreshed and you will surely have a healthy day! !
Furthermore, it is a famous spot where Toshigawa Masaaki cools down because a cool wind blows through in summer. If you look at the same scenery as Masaaki Dako under a large bush, history romance can also feel your feelings and there is something deeply felt.
