接客も仕事だとは思ってないんでしょうね。
過剰なサービスを期待してる訳じゃないですが、せめて相手の話くらいはまともな態度で聞いて、真摯な態度で対応してくれれば・・・と思います。

I don't think that waiting on customers is also a job.
