一枚一枚焼いている天然のたい焼きです。しっぽまであんこが入っていて、とてもおいしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元ではお馴染み、ローカルTVでもよく取り上げられる老舗です。「天然のたい焼き」として有名で、「天然」とは、たい焼き一個を一つの型で焼くことに由来してるそうです。ちなみに最近主流の何個か型でまとめて焼くのは養殖物と言うらしく、全国のたい焼きマニアの中でも「ここは貴重」だとのこと。

皮は薄め、餡はしっかり入っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店の鯛焼きは最高に美味しいです。昔ながらの器具を使って焼いた鯛焼きはしっぽの先まであんこが入っており、ボリュームも満点。NHK他過去に3度以上もマスコミが取材に来た訳が分かります。たこ焼きも美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八浜駅前交差点の近くに有るたい焼きとたこ焼きのお店です。
このお店は９月頃から４月頃まで季節限定で、
１０時頃〜１７時頃の営業時間でお休みは不定休の様です。
たい焼きは一匹ずつ型に流し込む天然焼きで、パリパリの薄い皮に尻尾の部分まで入った甘さ控えめの粒あんが絶妙です。
少し焦げ目が有るのも天然焼きならではないかと思います。
これで一匹１３０円となかなかリーズナブルでいいと思います。
たこ焼きは１０個入りで４３０円で、
非常にシンプルで昔ながらの感じで、
大きさも小ぶりながらタコはしっかりと入っていました。
お店の真横に軽トラックが停まっていたら、
営業されていると思われます。
