k	k ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人たちと美味しい牡蠣とご飯、日本酒を楽しみたい時に。お店は地下にあります。看板が無いとちょっと分かりづらいかも知れません。牡蠣がオススメのようで、調理法も生、焼き、フライ、蒸し？から選べるようで、生と牡蠣フライを頂きました。他に燻製盛り合わせ、レバーのたたき、鶏のからあげ、フォアグラ茶碗蒸し、燻製玉子の乗ったポテサラ、日替わりのお魚のカマ料理を注文。生牡蠣はプリプリ、フライも大きく食べごたえがあります。他のお料理もどれを食べても美味しい。特に感動したのはフォアグラ茶碗蒸し。フォアグラが無くても、お出汁が美味しくて、あまりに勿体なくてちびちび食べました。他に穴子のお刺身や鹿肉など、珍しいお料理もちらほら。コチラ、お料理も美味しいけれど、日本酒の種類も豊富で、メニューを見ているだけでも楽しくなるほど。そして、接客も気持ち良いなぁと思いました。皆さん、笑顔。日本酒を頼んだ時はお冷やもちゃんと用意してくださった他、別の銘柄を頼むとちゃんとお猪口を取り替えてくださったり。日替わりのお魚料理も最初に頼んだ種類が品切れになった時には、別のお魚のカマとそのお魚がいちばん美味しい調理法を提案くださったり、食いしん坊には嬉しいですね。凄く美味しくて楽しい時間を過ごせました。今度は日本酒が大好きな人を連れてお伺いしようと思います。ご馳走さまでした。 When you want to enjoy delicious oysters, rice and sake with friends.
