商品を購入したにもかかわらず、サンプル1つさえくれなかった。他店ではこちらがお願いしなくても何種類かサンプル渡してくれるし、気になるのありますか?と聞いてくれる。ハーバーはそれが普通の接客だと思ってた。 インバウンド来なくなって暇になったから相手にしてくれたのかな。 他の方の投稿を見ていたらほぼインバウンドばかり。コロナ禍でなければ日本人が行くお店ではなさそうですね。 店舗はたくさんあるので、他店舗で買います。直営店のメリットもなし。 残念。
