1	138 Dutch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清潔感がありマシーンの種類も多く、ガチの人でも始めたばかりの人でも安心して通えるジムだと思います。レッスンもヨガ、Zumba、ピラティス、チューブ、ファクショナル、サーキット、シェイプアップトレーニング、ボクササイズ、キックボクシング、…etc とレッスンも充実した品揃えで素晴らしいgymだと思います。自分はキックボクシングに通っているのですが、体幹、筋トレ、有酸素運動にもなるし、なんと言ってもあまり体験できないミット打ちができ、ストレス解消にもなります。元プロの先生とあって本格的で、個々のレベルに合わせて丁寧に指導していただけるのでオススメです。一つ言うなら、レッスンがない時練習できるようにサンドバッグなんかがあると大変嬉しいかと‥ There is a feeling of cleanliness and there are many types of machines, so I think that it is a gym that can be safely attended by both apt people and beginners.
