とにかく肉の提供が遅い。
テーブルの上が時間内いつも
空でした。
とにかく頼んでも来ない。
仕方無くドリンクバーの
ソフトクリームばかり食べていましたw
ラストオーダー近くに一気に
持って来られても困りますわ(笑)
あと肉質が下手すりゃすたみな太郎より
悪い肉だな。
まぁ、食べ放題だからかもしれんが。
同じ食べ放題ならお隣栃木の
すたみな太郎とか焼き肉げんきが
良いと思うよ。少し遠いけどな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもホールにいる黒髪ショートの女性の方(Sさん)は、とても明るい接客、分かりやすい説明でとても楽しく過ごせます。言葉も丁寧ですごくいいと思います。新人さんのフォローや、こうしてみたら？なんて言う声掛けを良くしている姿を見ます。まだ私も新人なんです笑と話す姿も可愛らしく見えました。
提供が遅れてしまうかもしれない、といった説明や、謝罪の言葉がしっかりあるのは、その方のみだと思います。
厨房から聞こえる、いらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございました、の声もたくさん聞こえてきて、いいと思います。
ただ、牛タンは薄っぺらいです笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一番高い食べ放題を選びましたが、牛タンが紙みたいな薄っぺらで焼くのが楽で良かったです。
食べた気も、食べ応えも有りませんでした。
歯の悪い人には食べやすくていいと思います。
枚数少なくていいから分厚くして欲しいけど、冷凍整形タンをスライサーで切ってる様な肉なので、手切りはしないんでしょうけど残念でした。
デザートも一品のみしか頼めませんし、値段の割には大したこと無いです。
同じ様な値段なので焼肉○ングの方が良いと思う。
ですが、店員さんの対応は凄く良かったです。
準備等々手際の悪さが色々ありましたが、それを帳消しにするくらい良かった。
他のレビューを見ると酷いのかと思っていましたが全然そんな事無くて良い店員さんの時に居れたんだと思いました。
コロナや時短で大変でしょうけど頑張って下さい。
