大	大津規之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約して行ったのに席の準備は出来てないし適当に知らない人達の席に通すしやっと出来た席に通されて仲間を待ってたらやって来た仲間をいちいち足止めする有様で情報の共有が出来ていない！オーダーしても遅いし、呼んでも来ないし、 50席にも満たない店舗なのに従業員は8〜10人くらい居た。言葉使いは丁寧だったけど、とにかく遅い。社員やバイトなりパートのシフトリーダーも居ない感じ。飲み放題と食べ放題のアナウンスも不明確！牛角も地に落ちたか？ 2度と行かない。会社の事務方や家族にも伝える。北本にある2店舗もこんな調子なのか, 後でレビュー見てみる。同じ様なら牛角には死んでも行かない‼️ 安楽亭で良いや。 I made a reservation but the seats are not ready I put it in the seats of people I don't know When I was finally passed through the seat and waited for my friends It ’s like stopping all the friends who came Information cannot be shared! 井	井上直幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/1/31に訪問いたしました。久々の牛角、食べ放題で利用しました。食べ放題なのに、とにかく肉の提供が遅くて注文したのが全然来なかったです。ホールスタッフのミスが多くて隣にうちのものが行くなど多発してました。最初にお肉を注文しても20分近く提供がなく、各テーブルからクレームが出てる感じでした。そのうち野菜等でお腹一杯になってしまいました。食べ放題でこの感じでは致命的ですね。人によっては30分もしないで帰っていくグループもいました。店員さんは提供が遅くてすみませんと何度も謝罪してましが、うちは食べ放題にしてしまった為、途中退室できなく後悔しました。 We visited on 2021/1/31. M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛角の中でも特に質が悪いと感じました。理由は以下の点です。 ①肉の質が悪い元気の魔法ッフェアでカルビを推してましたが、固くて全然美味しくなかったです。 ②ご飯の質が悪い味を確認しているのか疑問を感じちゃうくらい、炊き方が最悪なご飯を提供してきました。奥さんと行ったのですが、両者とも美味しくないとの評価なので、一般的に美味しくないご飯を提供していると思われます。 ③炭火焼の火力が著しく弱い薄いタンを焼いていて5分くらい掛かりました。あまりに火力が弱いので、店員さんに相談したら、「これが普通です。」みたいな態度だったのも良くなかったです。 ④店員さんの質が低い上記の炭火焼の件もそうですが、QRで追加注文してと言って後でそのQRを持ってくると自分で言ってたのに忘れてるのか持ってこなかったです。忘れるのは仕方ないとは思いますが、QRで注文するという仕組みにしてるなら、それは忘れず実施するべきだと思います。 I felt that the quality of Gyu-Kaku was particularly poor.
