★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗入り口、手動ドアの開閉にまず気をつけましょう。ドアダンパーがなく、換気扇による負圧もかかっていてドターンっとかなり勢いよく閉まるため指詰め注意です。特に小さいお子さんを連れているときは要注意です。店舗は内装など暗めで広さも含め都内の牛角店舗として標準的ですが、接客は他店舗に比べてレベルが高くありません。特にドリンクのおかわりに関しては気長に待ちましょう。ホール係のアルバイトがPOSのオーダーを無視し、だらだら談笑をしてみても穏やかな気持ちでいられる方にはおすすめできる店舗です
 First of all, be careful about opening and closing the store entrance and manual doors. There is no door damper, and negative pressure is applied by the ventilation fan, so be careful of finger stuffing because it closes quite vigorously. Be careful especially when you are traveling with small children. The store is dark and spacious, and is standard as a Gyu-Kaku store in Tokyo, but the level of customer service is not as high as other stores. Be patient, especially when it comes to refilling drinks. It is a store that can be recommended for those who can feel calm even if the part-time job in charge of the hall ignores the order of POS and chats slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with a large group of non-native Japanese speakers last night. The buffet option was good and service was prompt, even on a busy night. Meat quality was fine; about what you would expect from this chain.
Keep an eye on your bill. We were charged more than expected and weren’t sure why; chalked up to something lost in translation along the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I have put 3 stars for this restaurant is because the only good thing about it was the food (the drinks were good too). However, the service wasn’t so great and the when you enter you can see how dirty this small room is (I’m not sure what that room was for). Also we got the wrong order once and had to ask for the bill about three times. The food is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but the meat still tasted really good! While this restaurant is good I probably won’t go again as I feel Tokyo has better options.
