t	tt tt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンターに座りましたがコロナ対策として一席空けて座れたのは喜ばしい。カウンターからは目の前で調理している姿が丸見えで調理場の動きの観察が良くできました。餃子を焼いている方が蓋を開けたり締めたりとくり返し注文した餃子はちゃんと蒸されているのか心配になった。また、その方は餃子を皿に移す際に反転しながら手で押さえて不衛生。カウンターから丸見えなので皿を調理の横に置いて置けば無駄な動きもなく衛生的だと思った。餃子は返品したかったが何とか気持ちを押さえて食べました。閉店間際に入店したんですが油が酸化しているような気がしたんですが、その夜腹痛で苦しみましたが、このお店が原因とは断定できないが気分良く食事ができなかったことで、この評価にさせてもらいました。残念!
