証券を買いたくて来店し「当日証券の担当が不在だが当日中に自宅訪問し口座開設可能」とのことで25分待ってやっと通された窓口で
みずほ「今日行けるかどうかはこの書類を書いてから」
「今日行けるって確認してなかったの？」
みずほ「はい」
「電話して」
(電話口で)みずほ「えっ？開設は来店のみなんですか？」
だって。
その前にも何度も「何時なら自宅にいるのか？」とか無駄な確認したり「この書類を書いてもらわないと手配できない。個人情報の取り扱いがうるさくなって」とクドクド。
受付スタッフも帰りが3時過ぎて通常出口が使えなくなってるのに、普通の顔して「ありがとうございました」と送り出す。
川崎店も大差はなかったが、ここは酷かった。
しかもかなりの年数働いてそうな年齢だったのでどうしようもなし。

昨日の群○銀行東京支店でも同様の手続きしたけど、11時30分に行って、終わったのが15時20分過ぎ。同条件なのに同業他社で、こんなに異なるのはなぜ？？？
