業者さん選びは慎重に、慎重に行うべきでした。仕上がりの粗さや破損、傷、二転する言い逃れ等々、一般的な職業倫理が通じず悪い意味で驚きの連続でした。採光窓の傷や、養生テープを剥がした際に剥がれた塗装等も、向こうから申告される事は有りませんでした。ダイノックシートが上手く貼れてない箇所もダンマリでした。シート屋さんに見てもらいましたが、細い溝のシートが浮いてしまった箇所や、ドアノブを強くハメ過ぎた為に下地に食い込み浮いてしまった箇所は修復不可能と言われました。滅茶苦茶に取り付けられていた鍵の受けは、建具屋さんの御尽力により修復出来ました。塗料に関して：企業秘密の独自の塗料を使っているそうで、ウレタン系とまでは教えてくれましたが、それ以外は頑なにに教えてくれません。（見積時に種類を聞いた時は、同業他社に値段を探られてしまうので教えられないと言われましたが。）耐久性は日が当たる所で６～７年だそうです。同じ系統の塗料でも成分が違うと相性が悪くて劣化を速めてしまうので、使った塗料が分からないと補修が出来ないと他の塗装屋さんに言われてしまいました。直したくても直せない状況になってしまったわけですね。
