b	be-shamon.COFFEE珈琲ロースター on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近パン屋さん巡りが趣味となってきました。グリムは福島や郡山にも店舗が数店あり名前は知っていましたが初めての訪問。閉店間際故にお客さんはいませんでしたがまだ商品が残っていました。様々な菓子パン・カレーパン・食パン・フランスパン等の種類があり多分に楽しませてくれるのだろうなと感じます。レジも非接触型で現代風ですね。店内のレイアウトやレジ周りなどを見ると最近ツタヤ(郡山の(株)ミドリ)が展開するパン屋さんにそっくりに感じました。もしかすると、グリムが技術やノウハウを提供しているのか又は同じコンサルタントがついているのか？最近は個性豊かなベーカリーが増えていますが。ありきたりの間口の広いパン屋（何でもあるパン屋）では口の超えている顧客の満足度は高まらないような気がします。何故かと言えば、意外にベニマル店内にあるベーカリーが侮れないからです。やはりパン屋も個性が大事ですね。 Recently, visiting bakeries has become my hobby.
