なんやかんやのタイミングが合わなくてこちらも久しぶりに。
調理するお父さん、ホールのお母さんがお元気そうで嬉しかったです。
「暑いところありがとうね」
と言ってくれはるけど、いやいや、暑い中作ってくれてありがとうございますです?
ハンバーグが熱々の鉄板に乗って、チーズをまとってご登場?アクセントにレーズンも入ってます。これが不思議美味しい。
シャキシャキのもやし炒めとポテト、冷奴。
ご飯は基本男性にはこんもり、女性には控えめに盛ってくれるので、たくさん食べたい時は、女性の方は「男性と同じくらい入れて」と早めに告げるのがいいのかな✌
焼き肉定食、ミックス定食もありますが、ほぼほぼみんなハンバーグ定食かな？お母さんが「ハンバーグでいい？」とまず確認されるので、焼き肉食べたい人も早めに告げましょう?
割とご高齢な感じなので、いつまで営業されるかな?次回はもっと早く行かないと〜。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで｢ハンバーグ定食 ￥1200｣を頂きました。
食べログ点数(3.68)が結構高いので、期待していましたが、肉汁の旨みが強い訳でもなく、載ってるチーズが特に美味しい訳でもなく、デミグラスソースが特に美味しい訳でもない…まるで、ほか弁のハンバーグ弁当の中に入ってるハンバーグみたいな…可もなく不可もなくの至って普通のハンバーグでした。
老夫婦が経営しているので、応援したい気持ちにはなりますが、普通の味の割には値段が高いので、★2つとしました。

老夫婦でテキパキ切り盛りされています。
メニューはハンバーグ定食と焼肉定食、あとその両方入ったミックスがあります。
上に乗ったカリカリのチーズ、タレでくたくたになったポテトともやしが食欲をかき立てます。
ハンバーグもですが、タレでクタクタになったもやしがクセになる旨さ、ご飯がどんどんすすみます。
口直しのつけ合わせの冷奴も含めて、すべてが最高です。
焼肉は早めになくなるので注意。
周辺にはコインパーキングはたくさんありますが、やや高めです。

店内満席で待ち客1人でしたので並びます。
初訪問ですので、ハンバーグをオーダー。
大量のオーダーですが手際良く調理されてます。
ハンバーグの上にチーズを乗せてオーブンで焼くスタイルなんですね。
柔らかくて肉肉しいハンバーグです。
ハンバーグも大きいですし、ご飯もおかわり出来ますが、おかわりしなくて満腹ですね(*´艸`*)
ごちそうさまでした。

こんがりチーズとよく焼きジューシーなハンバーグがたまらない！懐かしくも新しい下町の味。付け合わせのもやしのしっかり塩味でご飯が進みました。しょっぱめのソースにレーズンの甘みがとてもよく合います。
常連さんとのやりとりが微笑ましくて、たくさんの人に愛されているお店なんだなあと思いました。奥さんの「ありがとうございやす」に思わず笑顔。
小さめの店内はカウンターのみ、服においしい香りがつきました！笑

カウンターのみでちょっと狭いけど、連日並んでます。
昼ランチはハンバーグランチ！他のメニューも一応ありますが、ハンバーグランチの一択になります。ハンバーグはチーズがトッピングされていてジューシーで美味しいです。サイドのもやし炒めが塩加減が絶妙！これだけでご飯すすみそう(^_^)
ボリュームあって、ご飯も女性の方は何も言わなくても調整してくれます。
お母さんがチャキチャキして、お父さんは黙々と作る。いいお店です。ちょっと贅沢したいときに行くお店です♪

だったかな？
この界隈はご飯おかわり自由なお店が多いことから、ご飯大盛りが別料金という事に驚きました。
