春巻無料券がすごいうれしいですね。
Misato's rice may not be noticed, but Misato's rice is quite delicious. Rice is also good here! Therefore, it is better to eat a set meal system.

ホルモン炒めのタレの味が濃すぎ、ご飯も柔かめの炊き加減で、柔らかいご飯が苦手な自分には正直微妙でした。
あとサラダにドレッシングがかけられてくるのですが、これまた物凄く苦手な味のドレッシングで全く食べられず、連れに食べてもらう羽目になりました（完全に自分の好き嫌いのせいですが…）
ドレッシングは何種類か用意して客のほうで選べるようにしていただけると嬉しいです。このご時世なので各テーブルに置いておくのは難しいかもしれませんが。
…と、個人的に残念な点が複数ありましたのであまり高くない評価となりました。
I ordered a set meal of garlic sprouts and spicy stir-fried hormones.
The taste of the fried hormone sauce was too strong, and the rice was cooked softly, so it was honestly delicate for me, who is not good at soft rice.
Also, the salad was dressed, but I couldn't eat it at all because of the dressing that I didn't like very much, so I ended up having to eat it with my companion (I completely like it because of my likes and dislikes ...).
I would be grateful if you could prepare several types of dressings so that customers can choose them. It may be difficult to put it on each table because it is this time of the year.
… And I personally had several unfortunate points, so the evaluation was not very high.

基本の中華料理でアルコールを嗜むも良し
喫茶店代わりになりそうなソフトドリンクの種類も豊富
麺類、定食類も最低限揃っていて麺類+ハーフ牛丼もあり
店員さんの愛想も良く、気分良く食事が楽しめ
会計時には春巻き無料サービス券も貰える♪
今回は五目ラーメンと広東麺をオーダー
五目ラーメン＝浮き油少なめのシンプルな塩ベース
具材は白菜、若布、キクラゲ、茹で玉子、ニンジン、筍、海老、チャーシュー
麺は中太麺でアッサリながらも旨味を感じる1杯
広東麺＝具材に餡が絡まった醤油ベース
具材は白菜、キクラゲ、うずらの卵、ニンジン、筍、海老、豚肉
麺は中太麺で炒められた具材の香ばしさがスープに溶け出し
旨味を醸しだしてました♪
ハーフ牛丼＝チョイ足しでオーダー、薄味でラーメンと一緒でも重さを感じず

This time I ordered Gomoku ramen and Cantonese noodles
Gomoku Ramen = Simple salt base with less floating oil
Ingredients are Chinese cabbage, wakame seaweed, wood ear, boiled egg, carrot, bamboo shoot, shrimp, char siu
The noodles are medium-thick noodles, and one cup that feels delicious while being assassinous
Cantonese noodles = soy sauce base with bean paste entwined with ingredients
Ingredients are Chinese cabbage, wood ear, quail eggs, carrots, bamboo shoots, shrimp, pork
The aroma of the ingredients fried in medium-thick noodles melts into the soup.
It brought out the umami ♪
Half beef bowl = order with choi addition, light taste and do not feel heavy even with ramen
