★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ルーチンはわからないけど、処方箋について保険証見せてもわからないなら、処方箋出した診療所に聞けばいいのに、わざわざ患者に確認させる手間が意味不明。患者が確認したと言っても信用し無さそうな高圧的な態度だったし。
薬剤師全般に言えるけど、もう少しコミュニケーションスキル磨いた方が良い。薬のプロかもしれないけど、人間相手のプロじゃ無い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バリアフリーでなく、入口は中が見えない木の扉で閉鎖的な感じがする。中に入ると、テーブルの下の床に直接本が置かれていてビックリ。クソミソのようです。
It is not barrier-free and the entrance feels like a closed wooden door. When I got inside, the book was placed directly on the floor under the table and I was surprised. It looks like shit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までは良かったのに3年ぐらい前からか 言い方はあれだが、上から目線のふてぶてしい調剤師が加入した。(隣に病院がある調剤薬局である)
例えば、この程度の症状なら別に市販のものでも大丈夫だ、わざわざ病院に来て診察をしてもらう必要は無いなどと大人にいうならまだしも子連れの方に言っているのを見た。
この人はグリーンファーマシー薬局の評判を下げたいのだろうか。
早く辞めさせるか異動させるべきだと思う。
