まず、受付の対応が不親切です。
治療をして貰った際に説明不足や
意見を全く聞かずにず一方通行
合わない銀歯で痛い思いを2度し
ミスを認めず無駄にお金がかかり
六本も歯をダメにされました。
子供は乳歯で失敗が出来るし
老人は最悪入れ歯を進めればよい
そんな感じで詐欺的要素がある所

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日1周年を迎えたそうで、歯ブラシをいただきました。当たり前ですが医療設備が新しく、全室個室なところが良いです。子どもが通院していますが、先生が優しくて丁寧です。子どもには毎回ガチャガチャコインが貰えます(^^)

待合室は、季節毎に和むような装飾がされていて、絵本があり、無音で子ども向けのDVDが流れています。診療後にやらせてもらえるガチャガチャや、スタンプカードも子どもたちは楽しみなようです。
何より先生とスタッフの皆さんが優しいので、こちらにお世話になってから、歯医者嫌いな息子も通うことをいやがらなくなりました。
設備も新しく明るく綺麗で気持ちが良いです。

妻と子と私の3人でお世話になっています。
それぞれ日常の歯についての悩みはここで解決しています。
Dr.はストイックな感じで、歯科衛生士さんは明るくて、それぞれいいと思います。
内装も明るく、安心感があります。
主観的な満足度を星の数で単純評価する、というこのシステム自体、病院やクリニックには馴染まないのではないかなと思っていますが、治療でお世話になっているので投稿させていただきました。
