H	H M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術は普通に良かったです。ただお会計時に金額を間違えられ帰宅後にそれが判明したのですが、その時の対応に納得がいかなかったため星1です。人間ですので間違えること自体を責めるつもりはありませんが、こちらが差額分を振込で対応し、確認メールをお送りしたのにそれに対する返信がありませんでした。一応2回ほどお送りしましたが返信はなく…。それまでやり取りしていたメールアドレスなので、いきなり送れなくなるということもないのではと思いますが。差額分がちゃんと受け取られたのか不安ですし、こちらが振込という本来必要のない対応を行ったのに対し、メールすら返さないというのはあまりに不誠実じゃないでしょうか。もう行くことはないと思います。 The treatment was usually good. 原	原口麻美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもはマツエクで、かれんさんにお世話になっていますが、今回はオススメされたまつ毛パーマ(正式名称はお店のメニューで確認してください)をやってもらいました。まつ毛が下向きに生えていて、ビューラーで上げても次の瞬間には下がっていたまつ毛でしたが、見事に上げて頂きました！！！アイメイクする時にまつ毛にアイライナーが当たるのが新鮮でマスカラ塗ってると更にまつ毛が上がる感じがして楽しい上に仕上がり大満足です！！お店もアイリストさんごとにブースが分かれていて、隣のブースの話し声もあまり聞こえないし、聞こえたとしても、アイリストさんの落ち着いた声での接客が聞こえるくらいで、耳障りにならず、リラックスして施術を受けることが出来ました。今は、会計もブースごとにやって頂けるので他の人と接触するタイミングもないので、感染予防対策としても安心でした。 I'm always Matsuek, and I'm indebted to Karen, but this time I asked him to do the recommended eyelash perm (please check the official name on the shop menu).
