★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当初はジュンク堂が入ると聞きとてもワクワクしたが、いざオープンしてみると近隣住民の需要にはイマイチ答えられていない様子。
地下の大型スーパーは高価格帯の三浦屋が縮小し、いなげやの高価格帯「ブルーミングブルーミー」が入店。結果はどちらも撤退に終わり、現在は地下が丸ごと空きとなっている。
2Fのライフスタイル系店舗や、３Fのレストラン街にもたびたび準備中の店舗を見かける。
2Fの東急ハンズ系のハンズビー、3Fのジュンク堂、リンガーハット、1Fのフレッシュネスバーガーは現在も好調な印象を受けた。
近隣のOZやゆめりあもテナントの入れ替わりや閉店が見られるが、大泉学園地域の住民はどんなテナントを求めているのだろうか。

The Tokyu Hands handsby on the 2nd floor, Junkudo on the 3rd floor, Ringer Hut, and Freshness Burger on the 1st floor still gave a good impression.

カルディも大好きなので必ず入店します。お目当てのものが売り切れでがっかりしましたが、またおじゃまします。

広場にはアトム、ラムちゃん、ジョーたがいてアニメファンにはたまらないかも。

肉や、魚もお得ですね。チラシチェックして買い物します❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵なショップが揃っていて、ゆっくり買い物ができます。地下のスーパーが新しくなったので全面的な評価はこれからですが、肉類の品揃えは確かでした。

お蕎麦屋さんも美味しいです！
店内はとても綺麗です。屋上には小さな公園があり、ベンチなども設置されていてくつろげます。
